These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MetReset.me website (“Website”) and any related applications, platforms, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by MetReset (“MetReset,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Role of MetReset (No Medical Care Provided)
MetReset operates as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and independent, licensed medical professionals and third-party pharmacies. MetReset does not practice medicine or pharmacy, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not dispense medications. Any medical consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatments are provided solely by licensed healthcare providers who are independent of MetReset. Any pharmacy services are provided by third-party pharmacies. You acknowledge that no physician-patient relationship is formed with MetReset.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to form a binding contract and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Services may be limited to specific jurisdictions based on provider licensing. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically located in a state where Services are available at the time of use.

Account Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including health-related information when required for medical consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. MetReset is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

Medical Consultations and Prescriptions
Licensed medical providers review user-submitted information to determine whether treatment or prescription medication is clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed. If a prescription is issued, it may be fulfilled by a partner pharmacy or transferred to a pharmacy of your choice. Certain medications may not be prescribed, including controlled substances. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, your order may be declined and eligible payments refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Payments and Subscriptions
Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis, while others may be one-time purchases. By providing payment information, you authorize MetReset and its payment processors to charge applicable fees. Subscription fees may include platform access, medical consultations, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, and applicable taxes. Fees may change if your treatment plan or prescription changes. You may cancel subscriptions through your account prior to the applicable cutoff period. Charges already processed may not be refundable. MetReset does not submit insurance claims and does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or other government health programs.

Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared. By using the Services, you consent to such practices. Certain communications related to your account or Services are considered transactional and may not be opted out of.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to interfere with system security, scrape data, or use automated tools without authorization. MetReset reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to MetReset and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. User-submitted content remains your property; however, you grant MetReset a limited license to use such content to operate and provide the Services.

Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. MetReset may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, pose legal or security risks, or if Services are discontinued. Certain provisions, including disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive termination.

Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” MetReset disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MetReset is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or medical outcomes provided by healthcare professionals or pharmacies.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetReset shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. MetReset’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MetReset in the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetReset and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of information obtained through the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MetReset is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms
MetReset may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
